The program will commence with a 3 hour intensive session in a convenient private space  which will include a detailed discovery including but not limited to:

  • Health history

  • Lifestyle choices

  • Likes and dislikes

  • Pain points

  • Relationships

  • Stress

  • Sleep

  • Physical Activity

 

The program will continue with a total of  15 meetings  for 1 – 1½ hours each session as follows:

  • 4 weekly sessions

  • 6 bi-weekly sessions

  • 5 monthly sessions

 

The Program will cover:

  • Insight meeting between coach and primary health care provider to ensure alignment

  • Base line assessment of initial measurements

  • Before and after photos

  • Setting of realistic time bound goals

  • Consistent movement towards goals.

  • Dietary realignment, elimination of foods that do not serve and inclusion of healing foods, swapping out techniques

  • Encouragement of positive lifestyle habits

  • Analysis and adjustment or implementation of exercise program

  • Stress management techniques

  • Self care techniques

  • Improvement in hydration

  • Label reading lessons

  • Preparation tips

  • Restaurant menu navigation

  • Healthy snacks
